Partner Referral Terms

How these terms work. This page holds the mechanics of the
partner referral programme. Your specific commission rate and any
complimentary Pro access are set out in your onboarding email,
which references the version number above. You accept these terms by replying
"agreed" to that email; together, the email and this page form the whole
agreement. If we ever update this page, the version you accepted continues to
apply to you unless you agree otherwise.
1. What counts as a referral
- A referral is a person who creates a Stairway2Fast account after arriving through your referral link (for example, from a video description). Clicks, views, and visits are not referrals.
- Attribution is first-touch: the first creator link a person arrives through is the one that counts, recorded when they sign up.
- Practice loops you share from your account carry your referral link automatically once your code is live.
- Have us set up your referral code before you share links. Links shared earlier may not carry your code, and signups through them may not be credited later.
2. Commission
- Commission applies to Pro subscription payments and renewals made by your referred users, at the rate stated in your onboarding email. There is no preset commission cutoff while your partnership is active and those users continue paying for Pro. One-off purchases (such as credit packs) are not commissionable.
- The commission base is the amount the customer actually paid, excluding VAT / sales tax.
- Commissions become payable 60 days after the payment they relate to. This matches the card-refund window — it protects both sides from pay-then-refund reversals.
- Refunds, chargebacks and disputed payments are deducted (clawed back) from your balance — proportionally, for partial refunds.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back after we've paid commission on it, the amount is offset against your future commissions. We will never ask you to send money back.
3. Payout
- Monthly, via Wise. £20 is a prompt line, not a floor: once your payable balance passes £20 we proactively settle it each month — but you can request a payout of any smaller balance at any time and we'll pay it.
- We ask for your payout details the first time your balance passes £20 — we deliberately don't collect or hold them before there is something to pay.
- You can see your referred signups and accrued commission on your own dashboard at any time.
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Feya Labs Ltd. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income.
4. What we ask of you
- Make the commercial relationship clear. If you receive
Pro access, commission or another benefit from us and choose to recommend
Stairway2Fast, disclose that relationship clearly and prominently where
you make the recommendation or share a referral link. A visible
Ador#adlabel beside the link is one example, not a prescribed phrase. Use the wording, placement and platform tools appropriate to where you publish; requirements differ by location and format. For qualifying YouTube content, use its paid-promotion setting and check whether an on-video disclosure is also needed. A disclosure only in a channel bio or “About” page may not be seen by people reading a particular post or comment. This is general guidance, not legal advice; check the rules that apply where you publish. - Describe the product accurately. Don't make claims beyond our official materials. In particular: track-splitting works on files a user uploads themselves — it does not work on YouTube videos, and must never be described as if it does.
- Keep it clean: no self-referrals, no incentivised or purchased signups, no unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) with your link, no bidding on our brand terms in paid search.
5. Changes and ending the programme
- We may update these terms or the programme for future activity with 30 days' notice to the email we hold for you. Changes are never retroactive: commission already accrued is unaffected.
- Stopping promotion alone does not end participation. You may stop sharing at any time without ending your partnership; eligible payments and renewals from people you previously referred continue to earn commission while your partnership remains active.
- Either side can end participation at any time by written notice. Commission accrued up to the end date is still paid out per section 3.
- We may suspend or end participation immediately for breach of section 4 (fraudulent referrals are void and unpaid).
6. The boring-but-necessary part
- We process your contact and payout details to run the programme — see our privacy policy. Your dashboard shows aggregated numbers, not the identities of the people you referred.
- Our total liability to you under the programme is capped at the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim arose.
